RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: Any reference in a product listing to the warranty or exchange policy will control over the below Return Policy if in conflict with same.  If there is no reference to warranty or exchange policy in the item listing, the below Return Policy will control.

AMPLIFIERS

Unfortunately, as all the amplifiers sold on this site are built-to-order, returns for refund will not be accepted. Your amplifier will come with a full manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified in the item listing. Any difficulties you have with your amplifier will be resolved per the manufacturer warranty available on their site.  Exchanges due to preference will not be permitted.  If the item is defective, it will be repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired.

GUITARS

Guitars are not subject to return for refund.  If the guitar is found to be defective per the manufacturer's specifications, it will be replaced with a like model.  If it cannot be replaced, it will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value.  All guitars will come with a full manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified in the item listing.  Exchanges due to preference will not be permitted.  

ALL OTHER ITEMS

The Diamond Custom Shop has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise to l within 30 days upon the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.

Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.

The DBZ/Diamond Store will only honor returns on orders placed directly with The Diamond Custom Shop and will not honor returns on merchandise purchased at retail locations. The Diamond Custom Shop will only honor the exchange of product purchased from an authorized dealer. Exchange must be for the same product, or a product of the same value. In the event that the retail store where you purchased the item is no longer in business or reachable, The Diamond Custom Shop will exchange the merchandise for that of equal value. The Diamond Custom Shop does not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside the United States. Shipping charges will only be covered by The Diamond Custom Shop in the event of a return or exchange of a defective product, or a shipping error.

Gifts may be exchanged only if original hangtags are attached and the product has not been washed or worn. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be substituted instead.

Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully as The Diamond Custom Shop does not give returns or exchanges due to mis-washing of products.

TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1.) Call us at 713-934-0100 to get an RA (Returns Authorization) number.

2.) Write this number on the outside of the package you are shipping back to us.

We recommend using UPS to ship your return. If sending regular mail we recommend insuring the package. We will provide you with the return shipping address during the RA process
